While other institutions just talk about marketing, we have our students actually do it!

Our professional partners continually advise us on the importance of skill training, in addition to knowledge development. At NCU School of Business, we take it a step further and have every class focus on three core components: Knowledge, Virtues, and Skills.

A major part of this training includes hands-on experience. Our students receive opportunities that more senior professionals typically have to earn.

An example of hands-on experience in the classroom includes students forming firms to build a real marketing plan for a real client.

One recent NCU business graduate accepted a job as a Marketing Analyst at General Mills right out of college. Everyone else on her team has already earned their MBA. Why did they hire her? She was hired because of the knowledge, virtues, and skills she had developed as an undergrad in the School of Business at NCU!

As an undergraduate business student, you automatically take two of the ten required courses for the master’s program. That means with just one additional year you could enter the marketplace with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Strategic Leadership!
