Position Purpose
A growing College of Business and Technology is seeking a faculty member with expertise to support courses in our Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, and Computer Science and MIS majors. Candidates should have a strong understanding across multiple areas of business administration and management, and we expect candidates to teach in the areas of accounting, economics, computer science, and MIS.

Minimum Education and Experience
- U.S. citizen; some courses are face-to-face residential and some are online.
- Minimally an earned Master’s Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science or closely related field (terminal degree preferred).
- Industry experience and previous college teaching experience desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Committed to biblical integration in and out of the classroom.
- Deep commitment to team development.
- Effective pedagogical practices, with an ongoing willingness to grow and develop.
- All faculty members are expected to be committed Christians, model a consistent Spirit-filled life, be considerate of the Fundamental Truths of the Assemblies of God, be a member in good standing of their local church, and abide by the Community Life Standards of the University.
Desired skills for Computer Science Instructor
Knowledgeable in principles, protocols, and applications of computer networks. Layered network architectures, data link protocols, local area networks, routing, transport, network programming interfaces, and networked applications. Examples from Ethernet, Token Ring, TCP/IP, HTTP, WWW. Network vulnerabilities and detection/collection of network intrusions will be discovered.
