Position purpose

Provide support to the office of the President and various CLC offices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Front desk phone support
  • General office work including filing, copying, ordering supplies, general organization, and travel arrangements
  • Credit Card reconciliation
  • Support for events including Board of Regents meetings

Required qualifications/skills

  • Currently enrolled student at NCU
  • People skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Computer skills
  • Detail oriented, flexible, problem solver

Additional comments

  • Hours/week: 10 hours/week
  • Time: flexible
