- Don serves as the Network Pastor at River Valley Church in the Minneapolis, MN area.
- He loves to inspire, equip, and partner with other leaders to build effective churches. Don has previously served as Connections Pastor and is the founder of River Valley Leadership Institute. His leadership insights comes from more than 15 years of church leadership experience and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.
- Don and his wife, Jamie, live in Lakeville, Minnesota, with their two children, Andrew and Alexa, and a loyal goldendoodle named Macy.
